双马来酰亚胺/氰酸酯共固化树脂的研究进展

【Abstract】 The curing mechanism and application range of BMI(bismaleimide)/CE(cyanate ester)resin wereintroduced. The modification research(such as the new structure resin monomer modification,epoxy resinmodification,allyl compound modification,polyphenylene ether modification and other modifications)of BMI/CEresin was especially summarized. Finally,the future research and development direction of BMI/CE resin wereexpected.更多还原
