IPN技术在推进剂黏合剂体系中的应用研究进展
Application research progress of interpenetrating polymer network technology in adhesive systems of propellants
【摘要】 系统介绍了互穿聚合物网络(IPN)技术在复合固体推进剂、硝酸酯增塑聚醚(NEPE)推进剂及改性双基推进剂黏合剂体系中的应用研究进展,特别综述了环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET)类、聚乙二醇(PEG)类和聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)类NEPE推进剂用黏合剂的IPN技术改性进展。最后总结了IPN技术在固体推进剂黏合剂体系中的应用,并对其未来的发展前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The application research progress of interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) technology wasintroduced in adhesive systems of composite solid propellants,nitrate ester plasticized polyether(NEPE)propellants,and modified double-base propellants. The IPN technology modification progress of adhesives forepoxy ethane-tetrahydrofuran copolyether(PET),polyethylene glycol(PEG)and polyazide glycidyl ether(GAP)types of NEPE propellants was specially reviewed. Finally,the applications of IPN technology were summarized inadhesive systems of solid propellants,and their future development was expected.
