Tb3+掺杂Bi2WO6光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】 为进一步提高Bi2WO6光催化剂的可见光催化性能,采用水热法制备稀土离子Tb3+掺杂Bi2WO6光催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等手段对样品进行了表征。考察掺杂Tb3+后样品在可见光下降解罗丹明B(Rh B)的光催化性能,研究Tb3+掺杂量对样品光催化性能的影响。结果表明,适当的Tb3+离子对Bi2WO6的掺杂能提高其光催化活性。当Tb3+的掺杂量为0.5mol%时,光催化效果最好,在90 min内,对初始浓度为10 mg/L的Rh B溶液的降解率达98.8%。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the catalytic properties of the catalyst under visible light,Bi2WO6 composites doped with the different amounts of Terbium have been synthesized by hydrothermal method.The photoactivities of the as-prepared samples under visible light for the degradation of rhodamine-B(Rh-B) were investigated systematically.The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence(XRF),FT-IR spectroscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS) in detail.It was found that doping Tb3 +could improve the catalytic properties.The results revealed that 0.5 mol% Tb3 +doping exhibited the highest photochemical activity under visible light irradiation.After visible light irradiation for 90 min,the degradation rate of Rh-B(10 mg / L)reached 98.8%.
