内圆磨削过程的有限元数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Internal Grinding Process based on Finite Element Method
【摘要】 针对现有磨削零件的热损伤,以圆环内圆磨削为例,基于有限元分析方法,采用命令流方式建立了圆环传热的二维有限元分析模型,对磨削温度场、热变形过程进行了模拟仿真。计算结果得到工件的温度场基本上呈环状分布,周向基本均匀,磨削内圆进入了塑性状态,磨削内圆时的热变形基本是对称的。分析结果合理可行,为实际切削奠定理论基础。
【Abstract】 Based on finite element method,two-dimensional finite element model of internal grinding is established by command flows because of current grinding work pieces thermal damage. The distribution of the temperature field and thermal deformation are simulated. The computation shows that the temperature is annular distributed and in circumference is basically uniform. In grinding process,the inner hole already yielded and thermal deformation is basically symmetrical. The results are reasonable and feasible. Its application will be helpful to practical processes.
