陶瓷断裂韧性测量装置研制和应用
Development and Application of Measuring Device for Fracture Toughness of Ceramic
【摘要】 将合金钢加工成支撑辊棒、加载辊棒等关键零件,与机座进行装配,构成了陶瓷断裂韧性的三点弯曲测量装置。采用逐渐增加钢丸的数量对陶瓷试样进行加载直至断裂,结果可用来判断不同情况下的材料断裂韧性的相对差异,为优化材料配方服务。
【Abstract】 Installing support rolls and load roll key parts made by alloy steel to construct three-point bending machine for testing ceramic fracture toughness. Load ceramic specimen until up to specimen fracture by means of increased gradually steel shot, testing results can be used to judge the relative difference of fracture toughness of some ceramic material under different condition, in order to improve the material formulas.
