Chitosan-gelatin-hyaluronate-heparan sulfate(C-G-Ha-HS) scaffolds were fabricated and modified with laminin(LN) in order to improve scaffold adhesion and optimize 3-D culture system of neural stem/progenitor cells(NS/PCs).
