淬火温度对铜铝镍形状记忆合金组织、性能以及相变点的影响

【摘要】 在铜铝镍合金的基础上,通过添加锰和硼元素制备了新型五元铜铝镍形状记忆合金,并对其在不同温度下进行淬火处理,研究了淬火温度对组织、相结构、硬度、电阻率以及相变温度的影响。结果表明:不同温度淬火后合金的组织均为M18R结构的马氏体;随着淬火温度的升高,马氏体板条变得更宽、更平直,合金的硬度变化不大,合金的电阻率先下降后升高,并在700℃达到最低值,合金的相变温度先下降后升高,并且800℃淬火后达到最高。

【Abstract】 A new CuAlNi shape memory alloy was prepared by adding Mn and B elements based on CuAlNi alloy,and then quenched at different temperatures to study the effects of quenching temperature on the microstructure,phase structure,hardness,resistivity as well as phase transition temperature.The results show that the microstructure of alloy after quenching at different temperatures was martensite with structure of M18R. As the temperature increased,the martensite laths became wider and straighter;but the hardness of alloy had no significant difference;the resistivity of as-quenched alloy decreased first,then increased,and reached minimum value at 700℃;the transition temperature decreased first,then increased,and reached maximum value at 800℃.
