【Abstract】 In the Police training system of Singapore, there is a comparatively rigorous requirement for the trainers’ quality and industry standards, contributing to a complete system, which covers selection, training,assessment and rotation, etc. The system, as one of the prominent characteristics in the police education system of Singapore, provides a powerful guarantee for invigoration of police work as well as beneficial enlightenment and reference for public security teaching staff construction in China.更多还原
