【摘要】 当前我国研究生教育的发展亟须提高质量,但人们对研究生教育质量在认识上存在差异。本文介绍了关于研究生教育质量认识的主要观点,提出了基于ISO质量定义的研究生教育质量的涵义,即"研究生教育一组固有的特性满足要求的程度",并论证了其具有的多元化特征。基于这一观点,提出了研究生教育必须实施全面质量管理的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, it is imperative for China to enhance quality in graduate education. However, there are divergent perspectives on its connotation. This paper introduces major views on quality in graduate education and proposes an ISO-based definition that is "the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics of post-graduate education fulfills requirements". Given that this definition of quality in graduate education is featured by diversification, the paper suggests a total quality management mechanism for graduate education.更多还原
