【摘要】口蹄疫病毒病毒样颗粒(virus-like particles,VLPs)是不含口蹄疫病毒RNA的空衣壳结构,由口蹄疫病毒的4种结构蛋白体外自组装形成的,形态上与天然病毒粒子相似,具有很强的免疫原性和生物学活性。文章介绍了口蹄疫病毒衣壳的组装、口蹄疫病毒VLPs在国内外的研究进展和影响VLPs形成的因素,并对VLPs在疫苗研制等方面的应用前景作了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)virus-like particles(VLPs)are particles lack virus-specific genetic materials(RNA),which are self-assembled by four structural proteins and are similar to natural virus particles in morphology.Also,VLPs have better biological activity and immunogenicity.This review focuses on the assembly of FMDV capsid,advances on VLPs,the influencing factors of forming VLPs,and the prospect of the development and application of FMDV VLPs vaccines.更多还原
