【摘要】 目的调查兰州地区Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测不同性别、年龄的健康人群尿液有形成分的参考值。方法采集476例健康体检者清洁中段尿,采用Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、上皮细胞(EC)、管型(CAST)、细菌(BACT)等尿液有形成分。结果不同年龄、性别的健康体检者尿液有形成分检测结果存在差异,分别建立了男性和女性儿童、中青年、老年人群的WBC、RBC、EC、CAST、BACT的参考值。结论建立该地区不同性别、不同年龄人群的尿液有形成分参考值是必要的。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reference values of urinary formed elements detected by Sysmex UF-1000 ifully automatic urine analyzer(UF-1000i)in healthy people with different genders and different ages in Lanzhou.Methods 476 cases of clean midway urine samples were collected from healthy people.UF-1000 iwas used to detect the urinary formed elements,including WBC,RBC,EC,CAST and BACT.Results There were differences in the results of urinary formed elements among healthy people with different genders and different ages.And the reference values of WBC,RBC,EC,CAST and BACT were established respectively in the crowds of male and female children,adults,and elderly.Conclusion It is necessary to establish the reference values of urinary formed elements for the crowds with different genders and different ages in some region.
