FISH技术及细胞学技术检测尿脱落细胞对膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤诊断价值研究
Research on the diagnostic values of the detection of urine exfoliated cells by FISH and cytologic technology in bladder urothelial tumor
【摘要】 目的比较荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术及细胞学技术检测尿脱落细胞对膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤诊断价值。方法采用CSP3/CSP7组合探针和GLPp16/CSP17组合探针对膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤疑似患者的尿脱落细胞进行FISH检测,同时采用细胞学技术检测尿脱落细胞,比较2种方法的灵敏度和特异度。结果FISH技术筛查膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤的灵敏度和特异度分别为92.5%和85.0%,细胞学技术的灵敏度和特异度分别为27.5%和90.0%。FISH技术的灵敏度显著高于细胞学技术(P<0.05),但2种方法的特异度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FISH技术有望成为筛查膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤的新方法。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the diagnostic values of the detection of urine exfoliated cells by FISH and cytology technology in bladder urothelial tumor.Methods The combination probes of CSP3/CSP7 and GLPp16/CSP17 were both used in the FISH detection of urine exfoliated cells from suspected patients with bladder urothelial tumor.The urine exfoliated cells were detected by cytology technology at the same time.The sensitivity and the specificity of the two methods were compared.Results The sensitivity and specificity of FISH for bladder urothelial tumor screening were 92.5% and 85.0% respectively,and those of cytology technology were 27.5% and 90.0% respectively.The sensitivity of FISH was significantly higher than that of cytology technology(P<0.05),however,the specificity differences between FISH and cytology technology were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion FISH is expected to become a new method for the screening of bladder urothelial tumor.
