血管生成素样蛋白1和2水平在2型糖尿病患者中的表达及与血管病变的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨血管生成素样蛋白(Ang)1和Ang-2水平在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的表达以及与血管病变的关系。方法选取T2DM患者120例,其中并发大血管病变32例,微血管病变52例,无血管病变36例,同期选择健康体检者50例为对照组,分别检测研究对象中Ang-1和Ang-2、空腹血糖(FBG)和胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平并与对照组作比较。结果 T2DM组中Ang-1水平和对照组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ang-2水平显著高于对照组(t=2.6,P<0.01)。T2DM并发血管病变Ang-2水平显著高于无血管病变组且与病变血管数量有关。Ang-2与胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR)、HbA1c呈显著正相关(r分别为0.577和0.509,P<0.01);Ang-1和HOMA-IR则无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 T2DM患者中Ang-2水平显著升高,与HbA1c和胰岛素抵抗密切相关,并且Ang-2可能参与了T2DM血管病变的发生和发展。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of angiopoietin like protein-1(Ang-1)and angiopoietin like protein-2(Ang-2)in type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its relationship with angiopathy.Methods Ang-1,Ang-2,FBG,FINS and HbA1 cwere measured in 120 cases of T2 DM,including 32 cases of macroangiopathy,52 cases of microangiopathy and 36 cases without angiopathy,and 50 healthy subjects with physical examination were selected as the control group.The detection results were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the Ang-1level in the T2 DM group was no statistical difference(P>0.05),but the Ang-2level was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=2.6,P<0.01).The Ang-2level in T2 DM with complicating angiopathy was significantly higher than that in T2 DM without angiopathy and closely correlated with the blood vessel number of angiopathy.The Ang-2level in T2 DM was significantly positively correlated with HOMA-IR and HbA1c(r=0.577and0.509,P<0.01),and there was no correlation between the Ang-1level and HOMA-IR(P>0.05).Conclusion The Ang-2level in the patients with T2 DM is significantly increased,which is closely related with HbA1 cand insulin resistance,furthermore Ang-2may participate in the generation and development of pathogenesis in T2 DM.
