【摘要】 目的采用三酰甘油试剂盒检测冰冻解冻去甘油红细胞中甘油残留量,对该检测方法进行全面评价。方法对该方法的准确度、批内和批间精密度、线性范围及可报告范围等性能进行确认,以确保检测结果的准确、可靠。结果准确度:偏移小于或等于2.50%;批内精密度相对标准偏差(RSD)≤1.0%,批间精密度RSD≤2.0%;在0.007 8~2.000 0g/L浓度范围内,测定结果与标准溶液浓度呈线性相关,Y=0.975 2 X+0.009 5(r2=0.999 8);可报告范围下限为0.007 8g/L,上限为64.0g/L。结论采用三酰甘油试剂盒检测甘油残留量的方法能满足采供血机构需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the technology that analyzing the glycerol residual volume in the frozen and deglycerolized red blood cells with the triglyceride detection kits.Methods The important elements including operators,instruments,accuracy,withinrun precision,between-run precision,linear range and the reportable range were evaluated.Results The accuracy:Bias≤2.50%, within-run precision RSD ≤1.0%,between-run precision RSD ≤2.0%.A better linear relation was presented between the analysis results and the corresponding concentration of the reference materials in the concentration range from 0.007 8g/L to 2.000 0g/L, Y=0.975 2 X+0.009 5(r2=0.999 8).The reportable lower limit was 0.007 8g/L and the upper limit was 64.0g/L.ConclusionThe technology that analyzing the glycerol residual volume with the triglyceride detection kits is satisfied demond for the blood bank.更多还原
