【摘要】 目的评价经枕下乙状窦后经内听道入路,术中神经电生理监测下显微手术切除听神经鞘瘤的疗效。方法本组回顾性分析了98例听神经鞘瘤病例的临床及随访资料。所有患者均采用枕下乙状窦后经内听道入路行显微手术切除肿瘤。术中均行神经电生理监测。结果本组肿瘤全切除96例(97.9%);次全切除2例;面神经解剖保留98例(100%);岩静脉解剖保留95例(96.9%);听力保留14例(14.3%);无死亡病例。结论经枕下乙状窦后内听道入路,术中神经电生理监测下显微手术切除听神经鞘瘤可以获得满意的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of microsurgical resection of acoustic neuroma via the suboccipital retrosigmoid transmeatal approach in combination with intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical date of 98 patients with acoustic neuroma,who were treated by microsurgical resection via the suboccipital retrosigmoid transmeatal approach in combination with intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring. Results Of all cases,96( 97. 9%) underwent total resection of the tumor,and 2( 2. 1%) underwent subtotal resection. The facial never was anatomically preserved in all cases( 100%); the petrosal vein was anatomically preserved in 95 cases( 96. 9%); hearing was preserved in 14 cases( 14. 3%). No deaths were reported. Conclusions Microsurgical resection of acoustic neuroma via the suboccipital retrosigmoid transmeatal approach in combination with intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring can achieve a satisfactory clinical outcome.更多还原
