【摘要】 目的:探讨老年病房人性化服务的护理实践及潜在效能。方法:通过推崇人性化的思维方式和工作模式,提高护士自身修养和专业知识,让人性化服务在护理工作中得到充分的体现。结果:护理工作在老年病房顺利开展,患者满意度指数明显提高,病房里洋溢着温馨的气氛。结论:通过人性化服务在老年病房护理工作中的应用,从根本上改善护患关系,提高护理质量,降低医患纠纷,增强老年人就诊率,进一步提高医院的社会知名度。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of nursing practice and the potential effectiveness of humanized service of the geriatric ward.METHOD:Thinking and working mode of humanity could improve nurses’ self- cultivation and professional knowledge and let the human services to be fully reflected in the nursing work.RESULTS:The nursing service was carried out smoothly in the geriatric ward so that satisfaction index of patients satisfaction was raised.CONCLUSION:By carring out the human services in the geriatric ward nurse-patient relationship and quality of care are all improved fundamentally,patient disputes are reduced,the senile patients attendance rate is enhanced and further improved the hospital’ s social awareness.更多还原
