【摘要】 目的:研究双黄通腑颗粒对脑出血大鼠脑水肿区脑含水量的变化以及对基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、水通道蛋白4(AQP4)表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠60只随机分为药物灌胃组和盐水对照组各30只,用自体血注入法制作脑出血模型,术后第2天药物灌胃组开始灌入双黄通腑颗粒药液,对照组灌入等量生理盐水。2组各分3、5、8 d三个时间点处死10只大鼠,测各组脑含水量,制作石蜡切片,用免疫组化方法观察血肿周围水肿区脑组织MMP9、AQP4的表达。结果:药物灌胃组与盐水对照组相比,脑含水量降低,脑组织血肿周围水肿MMP9、AQP4表达降低(P<0.05)。结论:双黄通腑颗粒对大鼠脑出血后脑水肿具有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Shuanghuang Tongfu grains on the water content and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9), aquaporin4(AQP4) in the brain of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into gastric perfusion group and control group equally. Cerebral hemorrhage models were made by autologous blood injection. The gastric perfusion group was administrated the Shuanghuang Tongfu grains liquor from the 2nd day, and the control group received the equivalent normal saline.Ten rats in 2 groups were executed at the 3th, 5th, 8th day respectively. The brain water content was measured, and the expression of MMP9, AQP4 around the hematoma area were observed by immunohistochemical method.Results: Compared with control group, the brain water content and the expression of MMP9, AQP4 of the gastric perfusion group decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shuanghuang Tongfu grains can reduce the edema of brain as well as the protein levels of MMP9, AQP4 in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage, which shows therapeutic effects on rat brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
