【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the connotation and the main development of the existing mode of Internet finance.From comparatively analyzing Internet financial mode and the traditional financial mode in the aspect of information transmission,transaction costs,transaction object and the objective risk existed,it discusses the question of whether the traditional financial mode can be replaced by the Internet financial mode.Finally it comes to the conclusion that the main coexisting form of the two modes in the future shall be a win-win cooperation.更多还原
