在线水质监测分析和预警指挥系统的设计
Design of on-line water quality monitoring analysis and pre-warning command system
【摘要】 针对传统的水质监测工作不能实时反映水源污染变化状况,运用GIS技术设计了集数据监测系统、数据传输系统、视频监控系统、预警系统于一体的指挥平台系统,论述了系统的目标、框架、总体功能。该系统采集终端从水源收集水质参数信息传到远程的服务器端,系统监测中心再对采集来的信息进行在线分析,能快速、准确、实时地采集和传递监测信息。实现了相关水质参数的连续自动监测和预警。
【Abstract】 In view of the traditional water quality monitoring work can not reflect the change of water pollution condition,data by the use of GIS technology, monitoring system data transmission system, video monitoring system, early warning system was designed, which integrate command platform system, this paper discusses the objectives, framework, overall function of system. The system terminal collects water parameter from water source to a remote server, online analysis of system monitoring center carries through the collected information rapidly, accurately. The related water quality parameters are continuousiy automatic monitoring and early warning.
