电流模式带通滤波器设计
The design of current-mode bandpass filter
【摘要】 随着电子技术的发展,电流模式电路也越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是CCII(第二代电流传输器),本文针对以往电路过于复杂的特点,利用CCII(第二代电流传输器)设计基于单个CCII的带通滤波器电路,该电路仅使用一个CCII和几个R,C元件,与同类电路相比,该电路结构简单,且具有更低的无源灵敏度。
【Abstract】 With the development of electronic technology,the current-mode circuit have attracted more and more attention,especially the CCII(second-generation current conveyor).As the traditional circuit is too complex,we use CCII(second-generation current conveyor) design band pass filter circuit,the circuit to use only one CCII and a few R and C components,compared with the other circuits,the circuit structure is simple.,and it’s passive sensitivity is lower.
