基于贝叶斯融合的机载电源系统评估方法

【摘要】 机载电源系统是一个多参数、强耦合的复杂系统,不能利用传统的评估方法进行评估,而它作为机载电气系统的重要组成部分,其性能好坏会直接影响飞行质量。因此,提出了一套基于贝叶斯融合的机载电源系统评估方法。在综合比较了各个参数对机载电源系统产生的影响之后,选取了相关性较大的10个参数作为评估指标,并建立了性能评估模型。通过采集设备对某一机载电源系统、某一性能指标下的参数进行采集,进行无量纲归一化处理,结合历史数据计算参数的先验分布以及条件分布,通过贝叶斯公式计算后验分布,最终算出性能参数的极大似然估计值。选取了10台机载电源系统作为测试对象,通过上述方法进行了性能评估,评估结果表明该方法能够对机载电源系统进行正确有效的评估。

【Abstract】 Airborne power system is a complex system with multipara meter and strong coupling which can’t be evaluated by traditional evaluation method.As an important part of airborne power system,its performance will directly affect the flight quality.Therefore,the paper puts forward an evaluation method based on Bayesian fusion to evaluate the airborne power system.After comparing the effects of different parameters,the paper selected ten parameters as the evaluation index which has high correlation among each other and established performance evaluation model.The paper collected the sampling data of a certain airborne power system on its certain performance index through a sampling device.After finished the dimensionless normalization,the paper calculated the prior distribution and conditional distribution with the historical data and finally calculated the posterior distribution with Bias publicity.The paper selected ten airborne power systems as the testing object and evaluated their performance with the method above.The result showed that the method can evaluate the airborne power system correctly and effectively.
