变结构控制在高精度转台系统中的应用
Application of variable structure control for high precision turntable
【摘要】 根据变结构控制的不变性特点,通过分析高精度转台速度稳定性能的影响因素和实际工作情况,提出采用基于变结构控制的控制方法来提高转台系统的速度稳定性。该方法采用指数趋近律规则,构造出基于变结构的控制方式。通过变结构控制在转台系统分别以15″/s、0.1°/s、100°/s的速度转动时的应用及实验结果,表明本文提出的变结构控制可以有效的克服力矩波动等因素对高精度转台速度稳定性的影响,并提高转台的速度稳定性能。
【Abstract】 In consideration of the invariant features of the variable structure control,it is analyzed the requirement and structure of the practical turntable and the indispensable of the research on the force of friction which impacting the speed stability performance.According to the exponentially approaching rule of the variable structure control,a kind of control strategy based on the variable structure control is introduced.According the simulating results and the debugging results of the control strategy on the practical turntable system when it is turned at 15″/s、0.1°/s、100°/s,we can validate it is agree to the simulating results,which demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy based on variable structure control in improving the speed stability performance.
