肝素锌钾复盐的制备及抗凝血性能
The preparation and anticoagulant properties of heparin zinc potassium
【摘要】 以肝素钠、氢氧化钾和氢氧化锌为主要原料,通过肝素化反应,制备抗凝血剂肝素锌钾复盐,探讨反应过程中pH值对产物中锌、钾离子浓度的影响规律,考察抗凝剂用量与体外凝血时间的关系,并对原料肝素钠和肝素锌钾复盐的抗凝血性能进行对比.实验结果显示,制备的肝素锌钾复盐的体外抗凝血时间为17 min,优于肝素钠的抗凝血性能;反应过程中pH值和抗凝剂的浓度对产物抗凝血性能影响显著,最佳pH值为3~4.
【Abstract】 The heparin zinc potassium was prepared by heparinized reaction with heparin sodium,potassium hydroxide and zinc hydroxide as main raw material. The effect of pH on the zinc ion and potassium ion concentration in products was investigated,and the relationship between anticoagulant concentration and the coagulation time was observed. And the anticoagulant properties of heparin sodium and heparin zinc potassium were compared. The results show the coagulation time of heparin zinc potassium was 17 min,and the anticoagulant properties of heparin zinc potassium were better than heparin sodium. The influences of pH and anticoagulant concentration on anticoagulant properties were predominant,and the optimum pH value was 3 ~ 4.
