【摘要】 本文结合湖南省实际,建立经济环境协调度指标体系、评价模型和计算方法,对湖南省2002年至2011年的经济综合实力增长值和环境综合能力变化值进行协调度分析:湖南省的经济环境协调度从2002年至2011年总体趋势是先上升后下降,在2005年达到了最高值,随后出现了波动性的下滑,并在2011开始首次出现负值,即协调度首次出现不协调,并指出经济环境协调度与环境问题及产业结构之间的关系,提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article, according to nearly a decade of the coordination degree between economic development and environment theory, and combining the reality of Hunan province to set up the evaluation model of coordination degree between economic development and environment. By using the maximum difference normalization method to manipulation data and according to the indexes of the standard variance of comprehensive standard variance contribution value to determine the weight of each factor,it is analyzed the coordination degree between economic development and environment in Hunan province from 2002 to 2011.Compared industrialized with coordination degree to test the rationality of the coordination degree.
