80t LF钢包底吹氩行为的数值模拟

【摘要】 在物理模拟的基础上,利用Fluent软件对某钢厂80tLF钢包底吹氩行为进行数值模拟计算,分析了不同喷嘴布置条件下钢包的流场和混匀效果。结果表明:对不同喷嘴布置条件下的流场进行数值模拟的结果与物理模拟结果相吻合,且可以弥补物理模拟不容易得到精确流场的不足;采用两喷嘴分别在距中心0.5R(R为钢包内径)处,夹角45°的布置方案,钢包混匀时间最短,该方案为最优。

【Abstract】 Based on physical simulation,bottom argon blowing behavior of 80 tLF ladle in a steel plant was simulated by Fluent software with the method of numerical simulation,effects of different nozzle arrangement on the flow field and blending effect were analyzed.Results show that the numerical simulation results of flow field with different nozzle arrangement are in accordance with physical simulated ones,and it could obtain precise flow field results,which makes up for the shortage of physical modelling.Blending time is shortest when selecting the arrangement scheme that two nozzles are0.5Rfrom the center and the angle of them is 45°respectively(Ris the radius of ladle).The arrangement scheme is the best in effect.
