A new design approach of parking manage system is introduced in this paper.This system is composed of a GSM module TC35i and a AVR single chip system Atmega 16 which is fixed at the exit of the park.The exit rods is controlled by the SMS of the driver,the control center record the parking time and charge the fee at the same time by SMS.After connected with Internet,the system can be used as a replacement of card managing system to inquire and schedule the park.
