光子晶体共振耦合波分复用器的设计与研究
Design and research the resonant coupling of photonic crystal WDM
【摘要】 设计了一种由光子晶体环形腔与微腔组成的组合腔滤波器,在环形谐振腔中增加两个散射介质柱,环形腔和波导之间相隔一排介质柱,输出波导与输入波导呈垂直关系,形成一种新的环形腔。通过环形腔、微腔及波导的共振耦合,设计了一种能高效率输出的波分复用/解复用器。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a combination cavity filter composed of a circular cavity and micro-cavity. Add two scattering media column in the ring resonator, and a row of dielectric columns were separated between the annular chamber and waveguides. The output waveguide and input waveguide were vertical relationship and formation of a new annular chamber. Designing a high-efficiency energy output multiplexer/demultiplexer though the annular cavity、 resonant cavity and waveguide coupling.
