子模型法在弹体结构分析中的应用(英文)

【摘要】 针对弹体结构应力集中问题对有限元子模型法进行研究,子模型法将有限元分析分成2次进行:第1次采用稀疏网格,获得子模型边界上各节点的位移;第2次将子模型边界以内网格划分细密,而将第1次计算所得的边界上各节点的位移作为边界条件,获得子模型边界以内(应力集中部位)较准确的应力计算结果。文章采用ANSYS子模型法对有应力集中的弹体舱(级间)段结构进行有限元分析,解决了常规有限元法网格密、计算量大,甚至无法计算的难题。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain more accurate results of stress concentration,sub-model method was used to analyze a missile structure in this paper.The procedure of the sub-model method consists of two steps: Firstly,a coarse mesh model was used for the whole structure to calculate the displacements of the cut-boundary nodes; Secondly,a denser mesh was generated for the sub-structure( i.e.the sub-model) and the displacements of the cut-boundary nodes obtained in step 1 were used to calculate the accurate results of the stress concentration. ANSYS finite element software was used for the simulations and the application of the sub-model method significantly reduced the workload and increased the accuracy of the simulations.
