一种应用于13.56MHz无源RFID标签芯片的带隙基准电压源
Band-gap Reference Supply Voltage Applied to 13.56MHz Passive RFID Tag IC
【摘要】 在传统带隙结构基础上,实现了一种适用于13.56MHz无源RFID标签芯片的带隙基准电压源。电路设计采用SMIC 0.18μm混合信号CMOS工艺实现,测试结果显示,电源电压输入范围在4.0~11.0V时,基准源输出电压为1.165±0.004V,7V电源电压、-40~100°C温度范围内,温漂系数为18.3×10-6°C,启动时间为6.8μs。
【Abstract】 A band-gap reference for 13.56 MHz passive RFID tag IC is realized based on the traditional band-gap voltage reference structure.This circuit is fabricated by using SMIC 0.18μm CMOS mix-signal technology.When the supply voltage ranges from 4.0Vto 11.0V,the output voltage is 1.165±0.004 V.Within the temperature range of-40~100°C and under the supply voltage of 7V,the temperature coefficient is 18.3×10-6/°C and the start-up time of the bandgap is 6.8μs.
