【摘要】 目的:观察健脾补肾活血汤治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(再障)的临床疗效。方法:将再障患者80例随机分为对照组、治疗组各40例。对照组采用司坦唑醇片联合环孢素A(Cs A)治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用健脾补肾活血汤治疗,疗程6个月。观察2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群、外周血象、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白介素3(IL-3)的变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后CD4升高、CD8降低、CD4/CD8升高;TNF-α降低,IL-3升高,与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论:健脾补肾活血汤可能通过改善T淋巴细胞亚群的比例,减少TNF-α造血负调控因子及增加IL-3造血正调控因子的释放,解除对骨髓造血的抑制,从而促进造血功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe curative effects of Jian Pi Bu Shen Huo Xue decoction in treating chronic aplastic anemia(CAA). Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group.The control group were treated by stanozolol tablets and ciclosporin A(Cs A), and the treatment group Jian Pi Bu Shen Huo Xue decoction on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group, one course of the treatment was six months. Therapeutic effects, the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets, peripheral blood, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-3(IL-3) in both groups were observed. Results: CD4 was raised, CD8 decreased, CD4/CD8increased; TNF-α lowered but IL-3 raised, the differences were significant when the treatment group after treating was compared with before treating or the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jian Pi Bu Shen Huo Xue decoction could promote the recovery of hemopoiesis, which might be realized by improving the ratio of T-lymphocyte subsets, reducing the release of negative regulating factor TNF-α, increasing positive regulating factor IL-3 and eliminating the inhibition of bone marrow hemopoiesis.更多还原
