【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the best conditions of extraction process of HuanLian JieDu mixture.Methods: The preparation of HuanLian JieDu mixture was screened by orthogonal test by taking the extract yield and baicalin as the evaluating indexes. Results: The best extraction process was as follows: extracting twice, adding water of eight times, extracting for one hour at the first time, half of one hour at the second time, alcohol-precipitation concentration was 55%. Conclusion: The optimized technology is reasonable and feasible.更多还原
