【摘要】 目的:探讨参芪十一味颗粒对慢性丙型肝炎标准治疗中血细胞降低的改善及其安全性。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对慢性丙型肝炎患者给予聚乙二醇化干扰素α-2a135/180μg治疗,每周1次,皮下注射,同时联合利巴韦林800~1 000 mg/d,分3次口服,总疗程48周;将治疗后4~8周白细胞开始下降时给予参芪十一味颗粒(2 g/次,3次/d,口服)治疗的患者设为治疗组(67例),同时将小檗胺片(84~112 mg/次,口服,3次/d)治疗的患者设为对照组(52例),分别于治疗前及治疗后4、12、24、48周检测外周血细胞中白细胞、中性粒细胞绝对数、血小板、血红蛋白、肝功能(丙氨酸氨基转移酶ALT、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶AST)、HCV-RNA。结果:参芪十一味颗粒治疗组在维护白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白至治疗范围方面与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),在提升血小板水平方面优于对照组(P<0.05),对治疗期间肝功能复常及HCV-RNA低于检测线水平无明显影响。结论:参芪十一味颗粒可有效提升慢性丙型肝炎标准治疗中白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白水平,尤其能提升血小板水平,未加重肝功能损害,对抗病毒治疗疗效无干扰,无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of ShenQi ShiYiWei granules on improving blood cells decrease in the standard treatment for chronic hepatitis C and its safety. Methods: Retrospective analysis was adopted,the patients were treated by pegylated interferon α-2a135/180 μg, once each week, subcutaneous injection, at the same time, combined with ribavirin, 800 to 1000mg/d, through the mouth, total period of treatment were 48 weeks;the patients who took ShenQi ShiYiWei granules(one package 2 g, three times per day, by mouth) were established as the treatment group(67 cases) when WBC began to decrease after treating in four to eight weeks, the patients who were treated with berbamine hydrochloride tablets 84 to 112 mg each time, three times per day, by the mouth) were taken as the control group(52 cases), absolute numbers of WBC and neutrophile granulocytes in peripheral blood,blood platelet, hemoglobin(Hb), liver function(ALT and AST) and HCV-RNA were detected before treating, at the4 th, 12 th, 24 th and 48 th week after treating. Results: There was no statistical difference between the treatment group of ShenQi ShiYiWei granules and the control group in keeping WBC, neutrophile granulocytes and Hb in therapeutic ranges(P>0.05), it was superior to the control group in improving the level of blood platelet(P<0.05), there was no obvious influence in liver function return to normal and HCV-RNA below the detection level. Conclusion: ShenQi ShiYiWei granule could effectively raise the levels of WBC, neutrophile granulocytes and Hb, especially the level of blood platelet in the standard treatment for chronic hepatitis C. It doesn’t aggravate liver function damage, and shows no interference to clinical effects of antiviral therapy without obvious side effects.更多还原
