【摘要】 目的:优选出三黄巴布剂基质的最佳配比。方法:采用均匀设计法,以成型巴布剂基质的黏着力、外观评价、皮肤追随性为指标进行基质配比的优选。结果:优选出三黄巴布剂的基质配比为甘油∶PVA∶氧化锌∶明胶∶氮酮=60.85∶19.01∶6.85∶9.89∶3.41。结论:采用均匀设计方法可以有效指导实验,并可减少实验次数;三黄巴布剂的基质配比简单,稳定,可大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize matrix formula of SanHuang cataplasm. Methods: The adhesion, appearance evaluation and skin tracing ability of the matrix for SanHuang cataplasm were taken as the indexes to optimize the matrix formula of cataplasm by uniform design method. Results: The best ratio of SanHuang cataplasm was as follows: glycerin: PVA: zinc oxide: gelatin: azone=60.85:19.01:6.85:9.89:3.41. Conclusion: Uniform design method could be applied to the guidance of experiments effectively and reduce the times of experiment; SanHuang cataplasm could be used widely since is matrix formula simple and stable.更多还原
