【摘要】 目的建立当归滴丸中藁本内酯的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定当归滴丸中藁本内酯的含量,色谱柱为Thermo ODS-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶水(冰乙酸调p H至4)=55∶45,流速为1 m L/min,检测波长325 nm,柱温25℃。结果藁本内酯在39.58~395.80μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.0316X-0.1482,r=0.9996,平均回收率为101.50%,藁本内酯含量为0.524%。结论该方法准确、简便、可行、精密度高、重复性良好,可作为当归滴丸中藁本内酯的定量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determining the content of ligustilide in Danggui Dropping Pill by HPLC internal standard method. Methods The column was Thermo ODS-C18( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid: water( p H = 4)( 55 ∶ 45),the flow rate was 1 m L / min,and UV detection wave length was set at 325 nm as well as the temperature was set at 25 ℃. Results Ligustilide showed a good linearity in the rang of 39.58 ~ 395.80 μg / m L( r = 0.9996). The regression equation was Y = 0.0316X-0.1482,r = 0.9996 and the average recovery rate was 101.5%. The content of ligustilide was 0.524%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and precise. It can meet the requirements of quality control of ligustilide in the pills.更多还原
