甘肃不同产地党参中表征成分党参炔苷的含量分析

【摘要】 目的比较甘肃不同产地党参中党参炔苷的含量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地党参中党参炔苷的含量,色谱条件为:ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μL),流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72),柱温30℃,检测波长269 nm。结果以进样量(X)为横坐标,峰面积(Y)为纵坐标绘制标准曲线,得回归方程为Y=439.29X-610.08(R2=0.999 2),说明党参炔苷含量在229.50~921.69μg/g范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其中渭源、临洮县产地的党参炔苷含量最高,漳县、宕昌县产地的含量最低。结论不同产地党参的党参炔苷均有差异,其中甘肃渭源、临洮县主产地的党参表征成分含量较高,应为甘肃党参的主要适宜栽培区域。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the content difference of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula planted in different areas of Gansu. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula from different areas. Chromatographic conditions were set as following: column( ZORBAX SB-C18[250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μ L) ],mobile phase [acetonitrile-water( 28 ∶ 72) ],column temperature( 30 ℃),detection wavelength( 269 nm). Results With the amount of sample( X) as the abscissa,the peak area( Y) standard curves were plotted as the ordinate,the regression equation turned out to be Y = 439.29X-610.08( R2= 0.999 2),indicating the content of lobetyolin falling in 229.50 ~ 921.69 μg /g scope showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The contents of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula planted in Weiyuan and Lintao were higher than of other places,of which from Zhangxian and Tanchang were lowest. Conclusion Contents of lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula from various planting areas in Gansu are significantly different. Weiyuan and Lintao can be specified as the main planting areas for producing Codonopsis pilosula.
