【摘要】 目的:探讨复方丹参注射液在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病治疗中的疗效。方法:随机抽取2008年1月至2010年6月未使用复方丹参注射液治疗的中重度HIE患儿47例作为对照组,2010年1月至2011年11月加用复方丹参注射液的中重度HIE患儿45例作为治疗组,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效41例,无效4例,总有效率为91.11%;对照组总有效35例,无效12例,总有效率为74.74%。且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,联用复方丹参注射液提高了新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病临床疗效,值得儿科医生参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of compound salvia injection in the treatment for patients with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods: 47 cases of severe HIE without the use of compound salvia injection were as the control group from Jan 2008 to June 2010,and 45 cases of severe HIE with the use of compound salvia injection were as treatment group from Jan 2010 to Nov 2011 in which the curative effect was compared. Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.11%(41),and was 74.74%(35)in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) in two groups in which the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: On the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment combined with compound salvia injection can improves the clinical curative effect of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy patients, which is worthy of pediatricians reference.更多还原
