C25再生骨料混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能试验研究
Experimental Study of Chloride Penetration Resistance Performance of C25 Recycled Aggregate Concrete
【摘要】 以配制C25等级再生混凝土为目标,通过试验研究再生粗骨料替代率、粉煤灰掺量对抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用水胶比0.52,砂率38%,掺入10%粉煤灰,配制的C25全再生粗骨料混凝土,可以满足抗压强度及设计使用年限50年作用等级D级氯离子侵入性指标要求。
【Abstract】 Aimed at preparing C25-grade recycled concrete,experimental studies are conducted to test the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and fly ash dosage on the anti-compression strength and chloride penetration resistance performance. The result shows that the recycled coarse aggregate concrete made with the water-binder ratio of 0. 52,sand ratio of 38% and 10% fly ash will meet requirements of C25-grade anti-compression strength,50 years of service life,function level-D and chloride invasion.
