{010}择优取向BiVO4亚微米片的制备及其光催化活性研究

【摘要】 采用丙三醇-水溶液体系,通过调控前躯体的pH值水热合成了具有{010}晶面择优取向的亚微米级片状BiVO4粉体。通过X射线粉末衍射、紫外-可见光漫反射光谱、扫描电镜、透射电镜和高分辨透射电镜等技术对样品的结构和形貌进行表征。分析表明,丙三醇作为定向指示剂,在pH值为4时,制得了{010}择优取向的纯单斜相BiVO4亚微米片。在模拟太阳光照射下,考察了{010}择优取向单斜BiVO4亚微米片与{121}择优取向单斜BiVO4粉体对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化活性,结果表明,{010}择优取向单斜BiVO4亚微米片具有更高的光催化活性。

【Abstract】 BiVO4submicro-sheets with { 010 } preferred orientation were synthesized by a facile hydrothermal proces in glycerol-water system. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,UV– vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The analyses results show that,monoclinic BiVO4 submicro-sheets with { 010 } preferred orientation were successfully prepared using glycerol as the directing agent at pH = 4. The photocatalytic activities of monoclinic BiVO4 with { 010 } preferred orientation and { 121} preferred orientation were evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue under simulated sunlight irradiation. The experimental results show that monoclinic BiVO4 submicro-sheets with{010} preferred orientation has higher photocatalytic activity.
