高弹性模量微晶玻璃纤维成分的研究
Research on High Elasticity Modulus Glass Fiber Components
【摘要】 以Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2三元系统为基础,再配以一定数量的其它氧化物,制定合理的热处理制度,能够使玻璃纤维微晶化,进而改善玻璃纤维的性能,提高弹性模量和抗拉强度;B3+当处于四配位体时处于结构网络中,使结构紧密,随着SiO2/B2O3比值的变化,纤维的密度和弹性模量也发生变化,纤维的密度和弹性模量随着SiO2/B2O3的减小而增大。
【Abstract】 Based on the three-element system of(Li20-Al2O3- SiO2) and matched with a certain quantity of other oxides,a reasonable heat treating system has been set to make glass fiber micro-crystallized,which can improve the glass fiber performance and increase modulus of elasticity and tensile strength;when in structural network as quadridendate B3+ can make the structure tight.With the change of the ratio of SiO2/B2O3,density and elasticity modulus of fiber also change.The density and elasticity modulus of fiber increase with the decrease of SiO2/B2O3.
