【摘要】 转变商贸流通业发展方式是转变经济发展方式的重要内容。以甘肃省为例进行的研究表明,1978年以来商贸流通业的发展已经主要由资本投入和技术进步驱动,但总体发展水平仍然较低,发展方式粗放。因此需要转变发展观念、发展道路、流通方式、流通手段、流通业态、流通体系,这就需要在继续增加资本投入的同时,增加ICT资本和人力资本,提高信息化水平和从业人员素质,鼓励技术进步,推动产业政策和制度创新,推动流通方式现代化,加大对内对外开放,形成城乡一体化的商贸流通体系。更多还原
