好氧颗粒污泥SBR中试运行效能评价

【摘要】 在某城镇污水处理厂建立一套SBR中试装置,最大处理能力可达120 m3/d,通过提供合适的选择压,成功培养出了高质量的好氧颗粒污泥,运行至第87天,颗粒平均粒径在300μm左右,SVI值为38 m L/g,MLSS为8 550 mg/L,对NH+4-N和BOD5的平均去除率分别可达到99%和95%以上。与该污水厂传统活性污泥SBR相比,好氧颗粒污泥SBR大大降低了占地面积,提高了处理效率。利用层次分析法对好氧颗粒污泥技术进行评价,结果表明,由于好氧颗粒污泥系统较低的技术成熟度,好氧颗粒污泥SBR中试的综合处理效能略低于该污水厂的SBR工艺,但也显示出好氧颗粒污泥技术已接近实际应用。

【Abstract】 A pilot-scale sequencing batch reactor( SBR) system with the maximum treating capacity of 120 m3/ d was built in a town wastewater treatment plant. Aerobic granules with high quality were cultivated in the pilot-scale SBR by providing suitable selecting pressure. After operating for 87 d,mature granules with a mean diameter of 300 μm,sludge volume index of 38 m L/g and mixed liquor suspended solids of 8 550 mg/L were obtained. The average removal rates of NH+4- N and BOD5 could reach to more than 99% and 95% respectively. Compared with the SBR with conventional activated sludge in this WWTP,the pilot-scale SBR with aerobic granular sludge reduced the footprint and improved the treating efficiency. Analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the aerobic granular sludge technology. The results showed that the pilot-scale SBR with aerobic granular sludge had slightly lower treatment efficiency than the SBR with conventional activated sludge due to the relatively low technological maturity of aerobic granular sludge technology. However,it still showed that aerobic granular sludge technology was close to practical application.
