【摘要】 中煤鄂尔多斯能源化工有限公司采用BGL气化炉对煤进行加压气化,洗气、净化和冷凝过程产生的煤气化废水含有大量有毒有害、难降解物质,采用EC厌氧系统-BE生物增浓系统-多级A/O系统为主体的生物组合工艺(EBA)进行煤气化废水的处理。在实际煤气化废水产生前,用处理类似废水的活性污泥作为接种污泥,可以有效降低煤气化废水对活性污泥的生物毒性以及缩短污泥驯化时间;同时,采用粗酚配水对活性污泥进行驯化培养,以增强其对实际煤气化废水的适应能力和处理能力。经调试,运行费用为3.00元/m3,EBA处理后的废水COD、氨氮、总酚和挥发酚的浓度分别为(41~71 mg/L)、(1~4 mg/L)、(3~8 mg/L)和未检出,满足回用水标准,结果表明EBA生物组合工艺对煤气化废水具有高效去除能力。

【Abstract】 BGL gasifiers are used to generate coal gas in China Coal Erdos Energy and Chemical Co. Ltd. However,coal gasification wastewater( CGW) generated in the gas washing,purification and condensing operations contains high concentrations of hazardous and refractory compounds. EBA biological combined process based on EC anaerobic system,BE biologically enchanted system and multistage A /O system was adopted to treat the CGW. Before the real coal gasification wastewater was produced,Using activated sludge treating similar wastewater as inoculation sludge could effectively reduce the toxicity of CGW to the activated sludge and shorten the sludge domestication time. The activated sludge was domesticated by synthetic wastewater with crude phenol to improve its adaptability and treatment capacity of real CGW. After the commissioning,the running cost was 3. 00 yuan/m3,and the concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total phenol and volatile phenol in the effluent were 41 to 71 mg/L,1 to 4 mg/L,3 to8 mg/L and not detected,meeting the reuse standard. The results implied that EBA system represented high removal efficiency in treating CGW.
