污水处理厂干化污泥的泥质研究
Research on Quality of Dried Sludge from Sewage Treatment Plant
【摘要】 采用高含固率污泥直接高效喷雾干化工艺,干化天津市华静污水处理厂的脱水污泥,可使污泥的含水率降至45%以下,形成粒径为200~300μm的松散颗粒,便于贮存与运输。经实验室分析研究,干化污泥富含营养成分和少量的重金属,除含水率外,污泥的理化指标、营养成分与污染物含量等指标满足相关的污泥农用污染物控制标准、园林绿化用泥质标准、土地改良泥质标准与农用泥质标准中的污染物浓度限值要求。而干化污泥的pH值呈现弱酸性,可起到对盐碱土地的改善作用。此项研究为该污水厂污泥资源化利用提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 The water content of the sludge from Tianjin Huajing Sewage Treatment Plant could be dropped below 45% by applying the efficient spray drying process on the sludge with high solid rate. The particle size of the dried sludge was 200 to 300 μm,which was convenient for storage and transportation.After laboratory analysis,it was found that the dried sludge had rich nutrients and a small amount of heavy metallic elements. All of its features such as nutrients,pollutants and the physical and chemical indicators except water content met the pollutant concentration requirements in control standards for pollutants in agricultural use,standards of the quality of sludge used for landscaping,standards of the quality of sludge used in land improvement and control standards for agricultural use. The pH value of the dried sludge showed weak acidity which could improve the alkaline of saline-alkali land. This study provided a scientific reference for the resource utilization of sludge from the sewage treatment plant.
