常温下UASB/生物膜厌氧氨氧化反应器脱氮试验

【摘要】 以人工配水为进水,接种某污水厂氧化沟工艺冬季的活性污泥,在(32±1)℃下快速启动一套容积为3.2 L的UASB/生物膜厌氧氨氧化反应器后,将加热水浴锅关闭,考察该反应器在常温(20~24℃)下的生物脱氮效果。结果显示,在常温下厌氧氨氧化反应仍然是该反应器内的主导反应,厌氧氨氧化菌活性很高,对NH+4-N、NO-2-N、TN的平均去除率分别为99.7%、98.0%和97.7%。

【Abstract】 Fed with artificial wastewater and seeded with activated sludge from an oxidation ditch at a municipal wastewater treatment plant,a 3. 2 L UASB /biofilm anaerobic ammonia oxidation( ANAMMOX) reactor was started-up at( 32 ± 1) ℃. After the reactor reached stable operation,the heating water bath was turned off,and the biological nitrogen removal of the UASB /biofilm ANAMMOX reactor was investigated at room temperature( 20 to 24 ℃). The results showed that at room temperature,anaerobic ammonia oxidation was still dominant in the reactor,the activity of ANAMMOX bacteria was high,and the removal rates of NH+4- N,NO-2- N and TN were 99. 7%,98. 0% and 97. 7%,respectively.
