ABR处理综合印染废水的中试研究

【摘要】 在中试条件下采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理综合印染废水,考察了不同水力停留时间(HRT)下ABR对COD、氨氮、色度等的去除效果。结果表明,当HRT分别为48、36、24、20、16、12和8 h时,对COD的平均去除率分别为39.3%、28.3%、32.4%、30.6%、31.0%、26.3%和23.0%;第1隔室对COD的去除率最高,约占总去除率的59%~72%,且随着HRT的缩短,第1隔室对COD的相对去除率呈上升趋势。由于对偶氮类染料的降解,氨氮浓度呈现出沿隔室逐渐升高的趋势。当进水平均色度为550倍时,出水色度≤180倍,平均去除率达到67.3%;其中色度主要在第1隔室被去除,去除率高达55%以上。

【Abstract】 Pilot-scale anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) was used for complex printing and dyeing wastewater treatment. The removal efficiencies of COD,NH3- N and color were investigated under different HRTs. The results showed that the removal rates of COD were 39. 3%,28. 3%,32. 4%, 30. 6%,31. 0%,26. 3% and 23. 0% when the HRTs were 48 h,36 h,24 h,20 h,16 h,12 h and 8 h,respectively. Furthermore,the removal rate of COD in compartment 1 was the highest,which accounted for 59% to 72% of the total removal rate. As HRT shortened,the relative removal rate of COD in compartment 1 was on the increase. Because of degrading azo dyes,the NH3- N concentrations rose along compartments. When the average color of influent was 550 times,the color of effluent was ≤180 times and the average removal rate was 67. 3%. The color was mainly removed in compartment 1 with a removal rate of more than 55%.
