蜡式温控阀控温机理及内部流动分析
Analysis of Temperature Control Mechanism and Internal Flow Characteristics of Thermostatic Valves
【摘要】 为了研究新型蜡式温控阀控温机理及内部流动特性,对其感温包感温原理进行了理论分析及实验研究,并对其内流场采用N-S方程和标准κ-ε湍流模型进行数值计算.结果表明:在相变过程中,流体温度与导杆行程的关系曲线呈"S"型,此阀感温蜡的理想工作区间为35~55℃.随着入口速度的增大,入口处的压力也呈逐渐增大的趋势;小速度与大速度总温度总体分布趋势基本相同,不同的入口速度情况下,阀出口温度基本不变化或者变化趋势不明显,即温控阀入口速度并不是影响其控温的关键因素.
【Abstract】 Aimed to study the temperature control mechanism and internal flow characteristics of a newtype thermostatic valve,the principle of its thermal bulb was theoretically analyzed and experimented,and the inner flow field of its thermal bulb was numerically simulated by using the N-S equation and k-εstandard turbulence model.The results show that the curve of variation of the liquid temperature guide rod displacement and thermal bulb forms an S shape during the phase change process,and the ideal working temperature of the valve paraffin ranges from 35℃to 55℃.The pressure at the inlet gradually increases with the increase of the inlet velocity,the total temperature distribution of small velocities and great velocities is basically identical,and the outlet temperature has no change or the change is not obvious at different inlet velocities,i.e.,the inlet velocity is not the key factor affecting the temperature control of thermostatic valves.
