具有在位势的一维单原子链中杂质引起的局域模
Localized vibration mode induced by impurity atom in monatomic linear chain with on-site potential
【摘要】 讨论具有在位势且含杂质的一维单原子链的局域振动.通过求解晶格振动方程组,分析在位势,杂质质量和杂质近邻力常数等参数共同影响下局域模的产生条件和振动特点,说明模的频移及局域程度与各参数的关系.
【Abstract】 The localized vibration of one-dimensional monatomic chain with impurity atoms and on-site potential was analyzed.By solving the equation set of lattice vibration,the generation conditions of localized mode and vibration characteristics were more comprehensively analyzed under the joint influence of on-side potential,impurity mass,and neighborhood force constants about the impurity,manifesting localized mode frequency shift and localization degree to every parameters.
