【摘要】 目的了解广西百色市老年人的身体健康和医疗状况,为老年人的健康保健及医疗服务提供参考依据。方法自行设计问卷,采用随机整群抽样调查的方法,抽取百色市的118位老年人,针对其基本身体健康和医疗状况进行现场调查。结果老年人身体健康状况良好,部分老年人有高盐饮食或吸烟饮酒的不良习惯,还有相当一部分老年人不会主动获取健康保健知识。部分老年人对医院的服务态度不满意,大部分老年人认为医院的医疗费用昂贵,同时也参加了医疗保险。结论针对老年人的基本身体健康和医疗状况,应多提供针对老年人的健康知识讲座,开展健康教育活动,加强老年人自我保健意识。同时,建立健全医疗保障制度,加大政府和社会的支持力度,达到全面提高老年人生活质量的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the health condition of the aged population in Baise City,in order to provide reference for health care and medical services.Methods A total of 118 elderly were enrolled for an onthe-spot investigation about basic health and medical conditions with self-designed questionnaires and random cluster sampling.Results The elderly were in general healthy.Some had habit of high-salt diet,smoking or drinking.Quite a number of them would not take the initiative to get health care knowledge.Some were dissatisfied with the service provided in hospital.Most elderly thought the medical costs were expensive,and had medical insurance.Conclusions According to the basic fitness and health status of the elderly,health knowledge lectures should be provided for the elderly to strengthen their health care consciousness.At the same time,sound medical insurance system should be established to improve their quality of life.更多还原
