耕层土壤有效态锌铜锰与农作物富集的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨新乡市耕层土壤中有效态锌、铜、锰与农作物生物富集的关系。方法以定点采样方法选取河南省新乡市的农田土壤及其当地的农作物,参照GB/T 5009—2003标准方法中原子吸收光谱法对重金属锌、铜、锰及其有效态含量进行测定,有效态锌、铜的测定采用DTPA—AAS法,有效态锰用HCl-AAS法。结果土壤中有效态锌、铜、锰的含量分别为(2.243±1.649)、(1.525±2.459)、(13.052±19.908)mg/kg,有效态锌、铜、锰含量分级在高级以上的分别占43.75%、25%、18.75%,土壤中有效态锰含量与土壤中有效态锌呈正相关性(P<O.05),土壤中有效态锰含量与粮谷类锌的富集呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论耕层土壤中有效态锌偏高,有效态铜、锰含量适中,土壤中有效态锰可能影响粮谷类锌的生物富集。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation of available Zn,Cu,Mn in the cultivated soil and crops bioaccumulation of Xinxiang.Methods The soil and crops was collected from different irrigation areas of Xinxiang respectively.The Zn,Cu,Mn in soils and crops were determinated by furnace atomic absorption(GB/T 5009-2003).DTPA-AAS was used to measure the content of available Zn,Cu.HC1-AAS was used to measure the content of avaliable Mn.Results The concentrations of available Zn,Cu,Mn in soil were(2.243±1.649),(1.525±2.459),(13.052±19.908)mg/kg respectively.More than high-grade of available Zn,Cu,Mn in soil was 43.75%,25%,18.75%respectively.There was positive correlation in the available Mn and the available Zn in soils(P<0.05).There was negative correlation in the available Mn in soils and the Zn bioaccumulation in cereals(P<0.05).Conclusion The contents of available Zn in cultivated soils are at a high level and available Cu,Mn at medium level.The available Mn in soils may affects the Zn bioaccumulation of cereals.
