温度对磁流变液流变性能的影响研究
Influence of temperature on the performance of magnetorheological fluid
【摘要】 为了保证磁流变液的可靠应用,采用实验方法,系统研究了温度对磁流变液流变性能的影响,分析了磁流变液的热沉降稳定性、热磁化强度、热表观粘度、热膨胀性以及热屈服应力,研究表明,温度对磁流变液流变特性均存在一定影响,在120℃时,其稳定沉降率较室温增加11%;在100℃以内,热磁化强度变化较小,而在300℃时热磁化强度降低16%;其表观粘度变化规律与基载液的粘温特性密切相关;在220℃时磁流变液热膨胀率达到18%,热膨胀率较高;温度升高,其剪切屈服应力变化显著,220℃时较室温剪切屈服应力降低了15%。
【Abstract】 To ensure the reliable application of magnetorheological fluid,the experimental method was used to analyze the influence of temperature on performance of magnetorheological fluid.The thermal sedimentation stability,thermal magnetization,thermal apparent viscosity,thermal expand behavior and thermal yield stress are all analyzed.The results indicate that the temperature has certain effect on the performance of magnetorheological fluid.When the temperature was120 ℃,comparing with the room temperature,the sedimentation ratio increases by 11%;within the temperature of 100℃,the variation of thermal magnetization was small,while the temperature was 300 ℃,the thermal magnetization decreases by 16%;The influence rule of temperature on apparent viscosity of magnetorheological fluid was relationship with the viscosity-temperature properties of based fluid;the thermal expand ratio of magnetorheological fluid was very high,when the temperature was 220 ℃,the thermal expand ratio can reach to 18%;The shear yield stress decreases with the increase of temperature,when the temperature was 220 ℃,comparing with the room temperature,the yield stress decreases by 15%.
